I disagree wholeheartedly with what Jaya said about accreditation in the left hand column and I pity the young people s/he works with. PROCESS PROCESS PROCESS!!!

We accredit 50% of the work we do at ETC Project. If you plan things correctly then you can have PROCESS and PRODUCT.

I agree, planning makes all the difference, we use Duke of Edinburgh Sectional Certificates and YP don' know they are gaining an accreditation until they get it!! They jsut come and take part. If you plan properly you can tick the box without changing the whole nature of youth work.
